1/2 c. butter or oleo
3/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can pineapple, crushed, with juice
5 slices white bread, cut into cubes
Cream together butter and sugar. Beat in eggs one at a time. Add crushed pineapple and juice. Fold in bread. Bake in 1 1/2 quart casserole dish for 1 hour at 350 degrees.
