1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 can crushed pineapple, unsweetened, #2 can (drained)
5 slices bread (cubed)
Cream butter and sugar. Add flour slowly. Mix in eggs until very smooth. Add drained pineapple. Fold bread cubes in. Put into a 1 1/2 quart buttered casserole. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes or until lightly brown and firm.
