1/2 c. margarine
3/4 c. sugar
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, with juice
6 slices white bread, cubed (about 4 c.)
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Cream together margarine and sugar. Add eggs; beat well. Add pineapple. Stir in bread cubes. Bake in a well greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, uncovered for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Serve hot or cold as a meat accompaniment. Great with ham!!
