1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, unsweetened
Beat eggs and sugar well. Dilute cornstarch in milk. Mix egg mixture, milk mixture, and pineapple. Pour in 1 quart casserole. Sprinkle with cinnamon. Dot with butter. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Casserole is done when butter knife comes out clean.
