2 (10 1/2 oz.) pineapple chunks, drained
2 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. pineapple juice
1/2 c. sugar
1 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 tube Ritz crackers, crushed
1 stick oleo, melted
Drain pineapple reserving 3 tablespoons juice. Mix juice with flour and sugar until smooth. Add cheese, then pineapple. Spread in casserole. Top with mixture of crackers and oleo. Bake at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes.
