2 cans chunk pineapple, drained
1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
1 1/2 sticks margarine, melted
1 1/2 tubes cheese Ritz, crunched
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
Put drained pineapple in baking dish. Mix sugar, flour and cheese; put over pineapple. Mix melted margarine and crushed cheese Ritz and put on top. Bake at 325 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Do not let burn. Must be watched closely. Good served with chicken or turkey.
