2 lg. cans chunk pineapple
3/4 c. sugar
5 tbsp. flour
1 1/2 c. sharp cheddar cheese, grated
1 stack pack Ritz crackers, crumbled
1 stick margarine
Drain pineapple. Put in buttered 9"x12" casserole. Combine sugar and flour and sprinkle over pineapple. Then add layer of grated cheese and layer of crackers. Drizzle melted butter over top. Bake at 350 degrees, uncovered, for 20 minutes. Delicious with ham.
