2 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs, beaten
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
1/4 lb. butter (1 stick)
5 slices white bread, cubed
Preheat oven 375 degrees. Mix flour, sugar, eggs and pineapple with juice. Melt butter in frying pan and add cubed bread. When coated with butter and slightly brown add to pineapple mixture. Put in greased 1 quart dish and bake uncovered at 375 degrees for 30 minutes. Lovely holiday side dish.
