1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. flour
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple
6 slices of white bread, cubed
1/4 lb. margarine
Beat eggs until light. Mix together thoroughly - eggs, flour, sugar and pineapple. Pour into a baking dish (8 x 12 inches). Melt margarine, toss in bread cubes until coated. Place coated bread cubes on top of pineapple. Bake 45 minutes in 325 degree oven.
