3/4 stick margarine
1 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
5 slices bread, cubed
1 can (No. 2) crushed pineapple
Cream sugar and margarine. Add beaten eggs. Beat well. Add pineapple, fold in cubes. Bake in greased 1 1/2 quart casserole, uncovered at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to one hour or until browned. Serves 8. This is better prepared the day before and baked the next day (good with ham).
