4 c. (8 to 10 slices) soft bread cubes
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple, partially drained
1/2 c. melted oleo or butter
1/2 c. milk
1 c. sugar
3 eggs, beaten
Beat eggs, add sugar, oleo, milk and pineapple. Place in buttered baking dish, stir thoroughly with the soft bread cubes until well mixed. Bake at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Serve warm or cold. Delicious with ham!
