Breakfast Rice and Fruit
2 c. cold cooked brown rice
1 lg. can fruit cocktail, drained
2 c. strawberries, drained frozen
1/2 c. chopped nuts
1/4 c. coconut, shredded
Mix all ingredients. Chill and serve. 1 cup soy cream. To make "cream", drained strawberry juice with water to make 1 cup, 1/2 cup soy milk powder, 1 cup oil and 1 teaspoon vanilla and 1/2 cup rice. Put all ingredients in a blender. Top above with soy cream.
