Brunch Baked Fruit

29 oz. can peach halves
29 oz. can pear halves
29 oz. can apricot halves
1 sm. jar maraschino cherries
Dressing:
1/3 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cornstarch
1/4 tsp. salt
1 c. orange juice
2 tbsp. orange rind
2 tbsp. butter
3 tbsp. lemon juice


Combine ingredients of dressing and cook over medium heat until clear. Pour over fruit and bake at 325 degrees for 30 minutes. Serve hot.
