Brunch Fruit Cup
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 c. boiling water
6 oz. frozen orange juice
20 oz. can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup
11 oz. can mandarin oranges
2 bananas, sliced
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in orange juice. Fold in remaining fruit, undrained, except bananas. Cover and refrigerate several hours or overnight. Before serving fold in sliced bananas. You can substitute seedless grapes, pears, or other fresh fruits that are in season.
