Brunch Fruit Cup

3 oz. pkg. lemon Jello
6 oz. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
11 oz. can mandarin orange, undrained
2 c. boiling water
20 oz. can pineapple chunks in heavy syrup, undrained
1 banana, sliced

In large bowl, dissolve Jello in boiling water. Stir in orange juice. Stir in remaining ingredients, except banana. Cover and refrigerate for several hours or overnight. Just before serving, add banana and green or red seedless grapes. Grapes may be substituted or added in addition to banana.
