California Fruit Balls
1 c. (8 oz.) pitted dates
1/2 c. (4 oz.) dried apricots
1/2 c. (4 oz.) dried pitted prunes
1/2 c. (4 oz.) dried figs
1/2 c. (3 oz.) dried apples
2 tbsp. honey
1/3 c. flaked coconut
Grind fruits together. Blend in honey. Form into 1 inch balls. Roll in flaked coconut. Makes 3 dozen.
