Candied Fruit

2 c. sugar
1 c. water
1/3 c. light corn syrup


Boil together until 234 degrees. Drop prepared and drained fruit into syrup and simmer until clear. Do not crowd. Skim from syrup, drain, spread on screen and let dry until no longer sticky. Pack between waxed paper and place in tin box or glass jar.
