Candied Fruit Balls
1/4 lb. candied red cherries
1/4 lb. candied green cherries
6 slices candied pineapple
1 lb. chopped dates
2 c. chopped pecans
1/2 tsp. salt
1 can Eagle Brand milk
1 (2 oz.) can flake coconut
Chop cherries and pineapple. Mix and let set for 8 minutes. Roll into balls. Bake 15-20 minutes at 325 degrees. Makes about 50 balls.
