Chanukah Menorah Fruit Salad
1 lb. cottage cheese
1 (1 lb.) can pineapple spears
8 maraschino cherries
1/2 c. walnuts
Cover a large platter with cheese in a smooth layer. Arrange pineapple spears to represent a Menorah with candles. On top of each "candle" place a cherry for the flame. Trim the edge of platter with nuts. Serves 4 at 278 calories each serving.
