Christmas Fruit Nut Wreath
1 (6 oz.) pkg. lime Jello
2 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple in juice
2/3 c. sour cream
1/3 c. mayonnaise
1 fresh pear, peeled, cored & diced
1/2 c. chopped, toasted almonds
1/4 c. well drained, sliced maraschino cherries
Dissolve Jello in boiling water. Drain pineapple, reserve juice. Add water to juice to make 1 cup. Add to Jello. Chill until slightly thickened. Measure 1 1/2 cups. Pour into 6 cup mold. Chill until set but not firm. Combine sour cream and mayonnaise. Blend in remaining Jello. Chill until thickened. Add pear, pineapple, nuts and cherries. Spoon into mold. Chill 4 hours.
