Christmas Fruit Roll
1 (12 oz.) box crushed vanilla wafers
1 c. chopped candied pineapple
1 c. chopped candied cherries
2 c. chopped pecans
1 (14 oz.) Eagle Brand milk
Sifted powdered sugar
Combine first 5 ingredients, mixing well. Divide into 3 equal portions; roll each into an 11 inch log. Roll each log in powdered sugar. Refrigerate several hours. Cut into 1/2 inch slices. (Optional - roll each slice in powdered sugar.) Yield 5 dozen.
