Cinnamon Spiced Fruit Salad
1 c. whipping cream, whipped (don't over whip)
1/4 c. firmly packed brown sugar
1/2-1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. raisins
1/4 c. chopped pecans
1/4 c. shredded coconut
8 oz. can salad fruit, drained
In bowl, combine whipped cream, brown sugar and cinnamon. Fold in rest of ingredients and chill at least 4 hours. Garnish with fresh fruit, if desired.
