2 c. walnuts
1 c. pitted dates
1 c. brown sugar
2 1/2 c. coconut
2 eggs, slightly beaten
Heat oven to 350 degrees. Chop walnuts and dates in food chopper until very fine. Add sugar, 1 cup coconut and eggs. Mix well. Drop by teaspoon into remaining coconut. Shape into balls. Bake on lightly greased baking sheet, 15 minutes. 4 to 5 dozen.
