Hot Brandied Grapefruit
1 lg. grapefruit
4 tbsp. dark brown sugar
2 tsp. butter
2 tbsp. brandy
Cut grapefruit in half. Loosen sections. Put 2 tablespoons of the sugar, 1 teaspoon of the butter and 1 tablespoon of the brandy on each half. Broil under low heat until topping bubbles and grapefruit is heated through. Serve piping hot.
