Kiwi Fruit Compote
4 kiwi fruit
2 lg. bananas, cut into 2 1/2 x 1/2 inch pieces
2 tsp. lime or lemon juice
2 c. red grapes
1/4 c. orange juice, or orange liqueur
Pare and slice kiwi fruit; cut slices in half. Sprinkle bananas with lime juice; toss gently to coat. Combine kiwi fruit, bananas and seeded or seedless grapes; drizzle with orange juice or liqueur. Serve in glass bowl. Makes 8 to 10 servings. Recipe may be halved. If desired, garnish with toasted coconut. Other fruits may be substituted for the grapes.
