Persimmon Lime Freeze
1 cup frozen persimmon pulp
3 tablespoons lime juice
3 cups water
1/4 cup honey (or more to taste)
2 ice cups (up to 3)
Combine persimmon pulp, lime juice and water in blender. Add honey a
little at a time while blending so it will dissolve. Then add ice cubes
and blend until smooth.
