Ripe Plantains

Use very ripe (soft) plantain, peeled & cut into 2 inch pieces,
then halve each piece


Grease pan well with margarine. Coat each piece of plantain with a little margarine. Sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Add water to about 1/2 inch depth in pan. Bake at 375 degrees until brown, about 20 to 30 minutes.
