Watermelon Ice Cream
1/2 gallon raspberry sherbet ice cream
1/2 gallon lime sherbet ice cream
1 (12 oz.) bag chocolate chips
Set out both sherbet ice creams to thaw enough to mix. Mold the lime sherbet ice cream to a big mixing bowl to make it look like the rind of a watermelon. Put back in freezer to harden. Take the raspberry sherbet and chocolate chips. Mix together. Pour into lime sherbet bowl. The raspberry and chocolate chips make the rest of the watermelon and seeds. Freeze then run hot water over bottom of bowl so that the ice cream comes out in one piece. Slice like a watermelon. Eat and enjoy.
