Watermelon Sherbet 1 qt. lime sherbet
1 pt. lemon or pineapple sherbet
1/2 gal. frozen cherry or strawberry yogurt
6 oz. pkg. mini chocolate chips
Remove lime sherbet from freezer. Let thaw just enough to be able to spoon out. Using a deep plastic bowl such as tupperwares lettuce keeper, spread about 3/4 inch thick around edges (not bottom). Dip spoon in water to help smooth sherbet. Freeze! Remove lemon sherbet - thaw - spread thin layer on top of lime sherbet. Freeze. Let strawberry frozen yogurt thaw. Mix in 1/2 cup of chocolate chips. Put into bowl, smooth the top. Freeze 24 hours. Warm bowl in warm water. Flip out and slice. Watermelon Sherbet printer friendly version located here.
