Fresh Fruit Salad With Honey-mint Dressing
1/2 c Plain yogurt
1 tb Honey; to taste (up to 2)
1 tb Amaretto; to taste (up to 2)
1/2 ts Vanilla extract
1 ds Nutmeg
2 tb Minced fresh mint
5 Heaping cups fresh fruit; cut in pieces (melons, peaches, nectarines grapes, cherries)
Whole mint leaves to garnish
Combine all dressing ingredients in a small bowl and mix until smoothly blended. Combine fruits in a mixing bowl. Add dressing and toss thoroughly. Transfer to a serving bowl and garnish with whole mint leaves. Cover and chill briefly before serving.
