Apricot Sherbet 2 cans apricot halves in lite syrup -- (16 oz.) drained
2 cups sugar
1 quart milk
1/4 cup lemon juice
Place apricots in container of blender.
Process until smooth, scraping down sides.
Add remaining ingredients.
Freeze in ice cream freezer.
Yield: 2 quarts.
