Apple and Apricot Crumble
880 g Canned apricot halves; drained
440 g Canned sliced apples; drained
2 tb Brown sugar
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
2 c Rolled oats or muesli
2/3 c Shredded coconut
125 g Butter; melted
2 tb Honey
Place apricots, apples, sugar and cinnamon in a bowl and mix to combine. Spoon fruit mixture into a greased ovenproof dish.
To make topping, place rolled oats or muesli, coconut, butter and honey in bowl and mix to combine. Sprinkle topping over fruit mixture. Bake in a moderate oven (180C) for 30 minutes or until fruit is hot and topping is crisp and golden.
