Ambrosia Parfait

1 1/2 c Milk; 2%
8 oz Pineapple, crushed; drain & reserve juice
1 pk Vanilla sugarfree pudding; 4 serving size
1 sm Banana; diced
1 c Strawberries; sliced
1/4 c Coconut

Pour milk and reserved juice from pineapple into medium bowl. Add pudding mix. Beat with wire whisk 1 to 2 minutes. Stir in banana. Spoon 1/2 of the pudding mixture evenly in 6 dessert glasses. Layer with strawberries, pineapple and coconut. Spoon remaining pudding mixture over fruit. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
