Avocado Cheese and Basil Mayonnaise Sandwich
4 tb Mayonnaise
4 tb Finely chopped fresh basil leaves
Black pepper to taste
2 Crusty Italian or French rolls, split
4 oz Sliced LORRAINE cheese
1 Avacado, sliced
1 Tomato, sliced
Combine mayonnaise, basil and pepper. Spread on each roll. Top with lettuce, Lorraine, avacado and tomato slices.
