1/2 c Half and half
1 c Potato; cooked, peeled & diced
3 c Cantaloupe; peeled & diced
1/4 c Dry sherry
1 pn Salt
Place the half and half, potato, and cantaloupe in the blender. Blend to a smooth puree. Stir in sherry. Season to taste. Serve chilled. If desired, garnish with a sprinkle of nutmeg or a lime slice.
