6 1/2 lb Ripe figs (See note #1)
1 cn #2 1/2 crushed pineapple
4 1/2 lb Sugar
1/4 c Lemon juice
1 tb Cinnamon
1 tb Cloves
1 tb Allspice
NOTE #1: Weigh figs after peeling, removing only the peeling that . easily pulls off with the stem.
Mash peeled figs to fine pulp, add other ingredients. Mix thoroughly and cook until thick, stirring constantly. Pour into hot sterile jars and seal.
