Champagne Mangoes 2 Ripe mangoes
10 oz Pkg frozen raspberries
1 Bottle ice-cold champagne
Chill champagne glasses. Peel and slice mangoes. Chill. Partially thaw raspberries. Before serving, place slices of mango on the bottom of the chilled champagne glasses. Top with a tablespoon of whole raspberries. Fill glasses to the top with chilled champagne. Serve at once.
