Chinese Plum Sauce

10 ts Chicken bouillon mix
1/2 c Water
1 c Apricot jam
1/4 c Brown sugar
1/4 ts Allspice
1/2 ts Ginger


Dissolve bouillon in water. Add remaining ingredients. Mix well. Heat to boiling. Simmer 10 minutes. Bottle.
