Chinese Plum Sauce
1/2 c Water
2 tb Cider vinegar
2 tb Honey
1/8 ts Salt
1 tb Soy sauce
Garlic clove, minced
Skin and chop the fruit.Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and slowly bring to a boil.Simmer uncovered until all fruit is tender.Cool before serving.Makes four servings.
