1/2 sm Watermelon
1 Red onion
1 Red pepper
1 Jalapeno pepper
1 Field cucumber
Salt and pepper
Seed watermelon, cut into chunks and puree in food processor until smooth. Discard rind. Finely chop onion, red pepper and jalapeno pepper. Peel and seed cucumber, chop into cubes. In large bowl, combine watermelon and vegetables. Season with salt, pepper and cayenne. Chill 2 hours, serve.
